Cost:
OLA Members – $30 for the first person and $20 for each subsequent person from the same business
Non-OLA members – $50.
Lunch and refreshments provided. Please bring your own chair and dress in layers (we will be in a greenhouse).

10 – 10:30 am: Arrival and networking
10:30 – 11:00 am: Introductions
11:00 – 12:00 pm: An Introduction to Soil and Soil Health with Stephanie Vickers, OMAFRA’s Horticulture Sustainability Specialist
12:00 – 1:00 pm: Tour of the greenhouse with Sietse and lunch
1:00 – 3:00 pm: General Plant Health and Q&A with Sietse Elsinga, Frisia Flora Greenhouses and Sean Westerveld, OMAFRA Ginseng and Herbs Specialist. Sietse and Sean will review common plant issues, what to watch out for and provide guidance on solutions.

Prior to the event, please send a picture to Sean Westerveld (sean.westerveld@ontario.ca) with your farm name, a picture of the issue and a few words on the extent of the problem ex. how common is this problem in your fields?
The deadline to register is Friday, September 15th.
