The Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA) recently announced the approval of a minor use label expansion registration for Acramite® Miticide (bifenazate) for control of two spotted spider mites on crop group 19A, herbs and mint in Canada. This new registration applies to most of the common culinary herbs grown in Ontario except parsley, which is not in the Herb Crop Group. For the full list of registered herbs consult the label.
This minor use project was submitted by Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, Pest Management Centre (AAFC-PMC) as a result of minor use priorities established by growers and extension personnel.
The following is provided as an abbreviated, general outline only. Users should be making pest management decisions within a robust integrated pest management program and should consult the complete label before using Acramite® Miticide.

Application Rate: 851 g/ha
Restricted Entry Interval (REI): 12 hours
